Covid-19 Food Pantry Volunteer Form

Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic our weekly food distribution inside changed to distribution on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month outside. Wednesday food distribution hours are now 9am – 1pm & 4pm — 6pm.

Volunteering at the LIFE Ministries Food Pantry can be a physically demanding job that requires the ability to lift, bend and twist without undo discomfort. Please be mindful of this when considering our volunteer opportunities.

Volunteers must be at least eighteen years of age to work at the Food Pantry. In limited circumstances, with prior approval, persons under eighteen years of age may be permitted to work in certain functions under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

To ensure the safety of our volunteers and our clients, all volunteers are expected to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

Please remember that volunteering is a commitment. If you are unable to make a scheduled volunteer time, it is imperative you notify the volunteer coordinator in a timely fashion. Thank you!
