INFORMATION ABOUT OBTAINING SOCIAL SERVICES

The Food Pantry has published a booklet to provide clients with information on how to obtain the many services that are available to those in need. LIFE Ministries Social Services Information compiles contact information for town, county, and state agencies; how to locate medical dental, and prescription services; how to apply for Medicaid and Medicare; sources of substance abuse or mental health care; assistance for victims of domestic violence; Covid-19 testing and vaccination; and housing, clothing, and food assistance.

Copies of the booklet can be obtained at the Food Pantry during scheduled distribution days, or you can read an online version here.
