HOLIDAY BASKET THANK YOU

2025 was another exceptional year for L.I.F.E. Ministries Food Pantry, continuing a steady and dramatic increase in the need for our services that began in 2022. We provided 315,904 meal equivalents in 5,542 family visits, compared with 153,951 meal equivalents and 3,245 family visits during 2022 – an increase of over 73% in family visits and 105% in meals provided. In 2025 we registered 127 new families.

Our volunteers worked harder, faster, and more efficiently while also providing our clients with the dignity, respect, and care that they deserve. Their talent, energy, and dedication never cease to amaze me. But none of this would be possible without the support of our donors, which enables us to do our work.

We are blessed to live in an incredibly generous community where people genuinely care about their neighbors. As we bring our 26th annual Holiday Basket fundraiser to a close, we have surpassed our goal of raising $150,000. We thank our partners, the Wolfeboro Rotary Club, the Wolfeboro Lions Club, and Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Verani Realty. But our community’s support goes well beyond our annual holiday fundraiser; our supporters are here for us year-round. At the first sign of the recent crisis involving the suspension of SNAP funding, donations began pouring in. Not only did we receive the monetary donations that have enabled us to manage our increased expenses, but we benefited from a record number of food drives this year. With the likelihood of continued economic uncertainty ahead, your support continues to be critically important to our neighbors in need.
